Cameras at Burning Man

Hello! This will be my first year at Burning Man (I can't even WAIT!) , and I have a question for all of you out there....

I've been keeping up on most of the posts in this community, and I noticed a few posts that mentioned that cameras are being limited this year. I haven't been able to find any information on the website (maybe I haven't been looking hard enough...) but someone mentioned that cameras need to be registered this year. Is this true? Any info on this would be more than appreciated.

That's all the questions I have for now. I'm sure I'll think of more as time goes on. See you at Burning Man!

Looking for a Camp!!

Hi! LightMan Here!

I've been going to Burning Man for about 5 years now, and I've generally just gone by myself (or a friend or two) and just camped solo on the outer edges of the City. Last year I camped with LiveJournal Camp, and had a blast!

So... here's the ad... recently involved guy looking for fun but "responsible" Theme Camp to hook up with. Preferably with a generator, and some space where I can make a "light garden" that will be sure to dazzle the eyes. Will hopefully be with the chick I'm dating, and maybe 2 other friends (4 max). I have 1 hippie van, 1 largish tent, and an 18' dome to share.

I'm willing to help out to set up camp, and help run it. I have been known to make a darn good breakfast dish, and possibly a very tasty stir fry. I'm quite playa edumacated, and bring plenty of beer, water, and food. I generally don't consume (much) pharmacuticals, but don't care what other people do so long as they behave somewhat responsibly.

Okay, I hope I responded to everyone who said they'd be willing to have me follow them around and take pictures.
If I missed you, let me know. Or if you're interested and haven't told me, let me know, too.

I can't guarantee that I'll find all of you and get the pictures, but I'll sure look for you until I do or the event is over.

If anyone who hasn't seen my pictures from previous years would like to take a gander, they can now be found at http://www.digital-shutterbug.com
It's still under construction, but there is a link in there to my Burning Man stuff... I promise!
