Do you have a ticket for sale/trade? I have fancy wearable goods and art...

Do you have a ticket for adoption? A rehoming fee is of course no issue. I usually get mine the morning they go on sale, but I wasn't sure if I would make it this year. I decided that I can't bear to miss out, and thought I may as well check on here before buying. I'm also going to check out eBay and craigslist if this doesn't pan out. I'm hoping to pay less than $280.

I live in Bellingham, WA, but might be able to travel to meet up. I'd also be down to buy online (preferably pay pal), as long as you can provide photographs of the ticket.

Also, if you want to do a partial trade, I make all sorts of goodies including feathery hair pieces, feather and fringe bras, pasties, fluffy tu-tu-esque skirts and bustles, leg warmers, sock garters, paintings, photography, lah dee dah. If you're interested I can show you photos of what I have available at the moment or I can make a custom piece for ya. Also, if there's anything else you'd like to barter/trade for, I'm very open to ideas.

Let me know if you're interested. Cheers! <<<<<<<<<<

Howdy LJ burners!!

Greetings!! I just found this community and I wanted to say hello! I just got my BMan ticket in the mail today, which made me yelp with joy - I am so excited! It will be my first time in Black Rock City, after several years of dreaming and scheming. I have a couple questions for you more experienced burners out there.

What did you find to be the most life saving thing out on the playa? Chapstick? Foot rubs? Earplugs?

What's your favorite food to eat at BMan? I've heard you gotta be careful to eat plenty of sodium since you sweat so much without even noticing.

What kind of experiences have you had with drugs at BMan? If you don't mind my asking. I feel like there could be enough crazy/weird/inspiring things happening that your normal state of consciousness would be addled enough, haha.

I guess that's it for now. I'm looking forward to tons of exciting research in the coming months, and I can't even imagine what this event will actually have in store for me. I can't wait!
