I ordered on Monday, they helped me out with a problem with my card on Tuesday, and I had the stuff on my doorstep at 8am on Wednesday. I got the rush delivery ($14 additional), but that was an outstanding turnaround time.
Most of their hats and stuff are 50 UPF - which works out great for pale people like me who burst into flames on the playa.
(No I'm not associated with these folks - I just am amazed by great service in this day and age, and figured some of you may need the same supplies. Just found them online while looking for good playa hats.)
