Reassurance

I keep hearing from people about the real Burning Man, that it seems faded and dying -- I heard tonight they are stopping people from getting free food, making them get permits and all kinds of icky, Big Brother-government shit.

Is the art still surviving? Is it still worth the journey?

I'm supposed to come into a little cash this next week. If it hits right, I want to mail away for a Burning Man ticket. I don't know how I'll get there, but I will find a way...
