new guy...

i'll be heading out for my first burning man ever. heading out alone. besides meet_n_greet05 does anyone have any suggestions for possibly joining a camp ahead of time? my skills are limited but my attitude is great. willing to help wherever needed. anyone have any ideas , tips or suggestions?

also, any ideas or suggestions on what to bring to share with others. i mainly do photography and i doodle quite heavily. was thinking of doing cartoony doodles on playing cards or some such idea. anyone have an idea of what i could do being low on budget and ability?
