From the BManNYC list.....

At about 3:50 a.m.E.S.T., I purchased a Burning Man ticket on-line with a
credit card for $165, plus $10 for second day air delivery, plus several
extra dollars for handling. I actually tried to purchase a ticket at a
price higher than the $165 level, as requested, but became a little bit
annoyed at the fact that unless you agree to pay $10 extra for second day
air, you cannot get a paper ticket sent to you. Instead, you have to
pick-it up at the event. If I want to re-sell my ticket because I can't
use it, I am screwed. So I decided not to be generous and bought the ticket
at the $165 level.
